Game Rage TCG strives to provide clear information about placing, processing, fulfilling, and receiving online orders.
Placing an Order
Customers may browse available trading cards, collectible card products, and related merchandise at https://gameragetcg.shop.
Before completing checkout, customers should review their selected products, quantities, shipping information, and total order amount.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, customers may receive an order confirmation through the contact information supplied during checkout.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted for fulfillment.
Order Processing
Orders are generally handled within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard fulfillment takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping and Delivery
Free standard shipping is offered for eligible orders within the United States, without a minimum purchase requirement.
Estimated shipping transit time is 6–7 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is 7–9 business days, including processing and transit.
Delivery estimates may be affected by holidays, weather, shipment disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available after shipment.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer regarding appropriate options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
Order Modifications
Customers should contact us promptly to request changes to an order. Modifications depend on fulfillment status and may not be possible after processing has begun.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned within 90 calendar days after delivery.
Standard returns must be new and unused. Eligible return shipping is free, with no restocking fee.
Approved refunds are processed within seven calendar days after return approval to the original payment method.
