Cancellation Policy

Requesting an Order Cancellation

To request cancellation, email contact@gameragetcg.shop as soon as possible after placing your order.

Include your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel.

Cancellation Before Shipment

We will review cancellation requests based on the current fulfillment status of the order.

If cancellation is possible before shipment, we will confirm the cancellation and arrange a refund of any payment collected for the canceled items.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the package has already shipped, customers may request an eligible return after delivery under our 90-day return policy.

Order Changes

Requests to change products, quantities, or shipping information should be submitted as quickly as possible.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

When a cancellation is accepted and a refund is due, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For approved returns, refunds are processed within seven calendar days after return approval.

Returns After Delivery

Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned within 90 calendar days after delivery.

Standard returns must be new and unused. Eligible return shipping is free, and no restocking fee applies.
